At Bearfie & Me, we carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives safely to you and your furry friend.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During new product launches, promotions or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship all Australian orders using Australia Post.
NSW Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
NSW Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch (where Australia Post Express services are available).
Interstate Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Interstate Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather, peak periods or Australia Post delays.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide using Australia Post International.
Estimated delivery:
- 6–20+ business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
- Bearfie & Me is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international postal services.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the postal carrier.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, we’ll happily assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
Bearfie & Me is not responsible for delays outside of our control once the parcel has been dispatched.
