Australian Shipping

All orders are shipped through Australia Post.

Standard shipping within Australia is $12.95 with an estimated delivery time of two to eight business days. Express shipping within Australia is $16.95 with an estimated delivery time of one to four business days. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $120, with an estimated delivery time of three to five business days.

All parcels include tracking. Orders are packed with care and dispatched within two to four business days.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped through Australia Post International.

Standard International shipping is $24.95 with an estimated delivery time of six to twenty seven business days. Free Standard International shipping applies to orders over $150, with an estimated delivery time of six to twenty four business days.

Delivery timeframes vary by country and may be affected by customs, weather or carrier delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Bearfie and Me is not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, Bearfie and Me will assist with an Australia Post investigation. Replacements or refunds follow Australia Post outcomes and the Australian Consumer Law.
