For returns please contact us at bearfieandme@gmail.com with your reason and order number along with your contact details

Products must have tags attached and must be unworn and unwashed. 

We do not offer exchange for Harness Sets unless sizing is wrong or product is faulty.

For Handmade accessories products we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.
